Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The period begins on the day on which you or a person designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send us a clear message – for example, by email or letter – clearly stating your decision to withdraw from the contract. The contact details are:

You can also use the sample cancellation form below to withdraw your consent – ​​however, this is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your declaration before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of revocation

As soon as we receive your cancellation notice, we will refund all payments made by you , including regular shipping costs (with the exception of any additional costs incurred due to a different delivery method).
The refund will be made within 14 days using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned items or you have provided evidence that you have dispatched the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You are obligated to return or hand over the goods to us within 14 days of submitting your cancellation notice. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the deadline.
The buyer bears the costs of return.

Please note that you only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for goods,
– which were specially made according to your specifications or
– are clearly tailored to your personal needs.

Note on return labels (voluntary service):
For returns within Germany, we will voluntarily provide you with a return label via email upon request. This label is free of charge. Returns can be dropped off at a parcel shop of the specified shipping service provider.
